Lower League Tactic

Hey guys, can someone help me create a tactic for lower league sides (BSN+S/BSP/L1/L2)

I'm looking to make a possession based tactic so it doesn't give the opponent many chances to score while still having a chance to score for my own team now and then.

Try Arrigo Sacchi's 4-4-2, is a great tactic for lower league (and not only for lower leagues)
