nice job with hickley i can see yous winning the premiership in 2 or 3 years
 
That is an absolutely awesome job you've done there mate. I tried something similar on FM 2010 last year with Luton Town but couldn't seem to crack the championship despite having players like Joe Hart & Fredrico Macheda in my side. :S Yet to buy FM 2011 due to study commitments ( you all know how addictive this game is ) but plan on when I do get to do something similar to yourself. Any tips you can give me to get all the way to the Premier League this time?

My team is about to promote into COca Cola Championship :) Currently Second in league 1. I've been promoting every season
 
I'm in first season of getting Charlton from league 1 to the prem.I'm currently first and only lost 2 game out of 18 played. I have brought two players in which was kakuta on loan and carrol on loan. Does anyone have any advice on who i should loan or what i should do to ensure promotion. :)
