Lowest ranked league to Champions League

Hey guys I am here to gauge your opinions and ideas. I am very well experienced in the CM/FM games, I am looking for the ultimate challenge. To manage a team from either the San Marino/Andorran League to winning the Champions League.

Info: Teams in both top leagues are mostly amateur, is this challenge at all possible?

well I actually took on this challenge myself but due to starting it so late I didn't get very far in. I was managing Pennarossa from teh Campionato Sammarinese and will be attempting it again in the new year.
