I will try tweaking the crossing tonight, also with the AMC - I think its more down to the strikers not making the right runs at the right time so the AMC has no other option than to shoot from a distance.

So the latest patch has ruined this tactic for me, the team just refuses to play through balls and the once solid defence has been reduced to comical mistakes ranging from "marking" players but making no effort to try to challenge for the ball, or even move - to players lunging in with sliding tackles and the ball rebounding perfectly for an opposition player, like it was a pinpoint pass.

Well done SI, they've basically taken a massive step backwards with this patch.
