Hi,i was wondering if any of you would try to create and emulate LucienFavre, only if you're not busy that is.
Idid try but failed.

Justsome background knowledge about him and the team.

WhenGladbach were in the relegation zone, he saved them, had an unbeaten10 match run i think? that season was 10/11

Thesecond season saw them fly into 4th place. They were known fordefending like a typical German team 2 banks of 4 and narrow andknown for their precise passing ability like Barcelona, except theypasses with speed and precision.
Theircatalyst in that league was Marco reus.

Thisseason they didn't do as good, finished 8th, but my point being is that, Lucien favre turned a relegation side team, to a top half team with discipline, a similar team in the BPL would be Reading, now getting ready for the championship.
