Luck in the cup's

No matter how easy the draw might be i never seem to have any luck in the cup competion's like the F.A cup, carling cup or the JPT. Can anyone give me any advise in how to at least get through the first round.

Sheffield Wednesday normally but it does seem to happen with most sides i manage.

It depends how lucky you get with the draw mainly but just try the Match Prep before games if your not doing it now.

I am always lucky to get top teams during early rounds... once i played with Liverpool i got chelsea in FA cup 3rd round and man utd in 4th round...
