Luis Fabiano joins Sao Paulo

After his european adventure, Fabiano, like the other brazilian players of 30+ , just got back to the club that he first represented Sao Paulo.

The 30 year old striker has joined SP in a 4 year contract deal..

Fabiano is recovering from a knee injury and will only be able to compete after 6 weeks , still SP president is delighted to welcome him back to his "home".

quite suprising always thought the next club he would play for would be in europe :P
 
He was saying that he maybe would leave Sevilla since some time ago already.

I am surprised that he goes back to Brazil now, too.
 
Always thought he would play for a big club, had potential too.. shame really!

You will see alot of Brazilians going back home as its where the money is at the moment.

Quite shocking considering Spurs, AC Milan and a number of top European clubs were chasing him during January..

Strange career move if you ask me, but he must feel it's where he can earn the most.
 
Saw an interview with him the other day, he was saying he wants to return to Brazil as it has the World Cup and the excitement generated by it means the Brazilian leagues will grow.
 
Would've thought that he would be heading to AC , Spurs or a similar team in the summer, however he must feel that he wants to teurn to brazil. Good Luck to him
 
I felt he could have made one more big move and play in Europe for another 3 seasons before going back to Brazil

They must be super quick at transfer these two clubs to get everything wrapped up in a day....

then i fail , thought yesterday was 13th, thats what you get from drinking tooo much last night, sorry lad :P. But the transfer is official already so why posting **** saying "no hes not there yet" :$
