Lukaku. Useless?

I play as Everton in a 4 man League. Currently sitting in 5th, just lost to Burnley 1-0 annoyingly.

I cannot get a decent agme out of Lukaku, I play one up front and have tried several role. One of his promises is ti reach champions league, when i sell him who should i buy?

Baring in mind I am Everton and beneath alot of players.

Currently In January 1st season also looking for a CB this transger window if anyone has suggestions.

Do not sell him first january. If you sell him in summer 2017 get Breel Embolo. For cb get jorge mere or upamecano or mammana.

He's a quality player but needs to be in the right system. Also Everton needs help to become better overall. They got relegated in the second season of my current save of FM. I'm playing as Liverpool. You should hold out for top value though. Sell him for like 50m or howeve rmuch you can get from a rich team like PSG, Madrid, Man City, etc.
