iv been racking my brains to think of an explanation, for my barcelona team, modric is considered a foreigner from outside the european union:S how can this be if he was born in croatia?:S

Maybe Croatia aren't considered a European country because of their alliance with the former Yugoslavia?

For future reference (when playing fm) the member states of the eu are --

austria, belgium, bulgaria, cyprus, czech republic, denmark, estonia, finland, france, germany, greece, hungary, ireland, italy, latvia, lithuania, luxembourg, malta, holland, poland, portugal, romania, slovakia, slovenia, spain, sweden and the UK.
