Never been bothered with determination, it doesn't have any bearing on the player IMO. As long as the the basic attributes are high for position (winger - pace, dribbling and crossing) the rest don't matter. I could make two players with exactly the same attributes and change the determination and there wouldn't be a difference in either of their ratings over the course of a season.
Hah, Mitrovic complains about media level training, he has 16 determination. I think this depends more on "Work rate" and Ambition stats (which are hidden). Determination is helpful for development, I'd guess and on field performance. If a player is performing poorly, if he is high determination player, I think he can improve his performance gradually in the game while a low determined player will only go downhill.I think Determination more in terms of training. A player with High Determination is less likely to complain with Heavy Training, than a player with lower determination. atleast, I've always thought so..; I try to look for players with atleast around 11-14 determination. Any more than that, and it's simply an added bonus.
Actually, it does. Forget overall rating, but think of impact on match. When behind, a player with more determination is more likely to try harder to get you back into the game, than a player with lesser determination.
