So i got started with Sporting - a bit shaky tho, but with the playerbase in Sporting a tac with 2 wings and a omc might be better - more good players suited for those positions, but who knows, it might change....

After the first few matches

A question tho, do i have to set OI for every match i play - put OI instructions for all positions in the tactic, but still gotta redo it evey match i play

u do it in tactic screen.. OI settings.. then they r loaded.. just igore it into the game...
 
Got them in OI settings, just wondered why it didn't show in the sequence up to the match, so put them in manually too each time - better safe than sorry xD

mmm a third version :)
 
nope not with his final version.. im running quick season.. ill test with other Leagues after.. WON all matches this season so far and EL...

I let my assistant do team training.
And i set Invidual training: Heavy ( Role )
Match training focus i set to : Teamwork



STATS

IMPORTANT!!

U need best striker in middle !
Midfield IS MOST important.
ALL 3 midfielders need prefered move : Shoot from distance
and need: Longshot skill 15+ ( and left footed on right midfield and right footed on left midfield )
U need a LB/RB with prefered move : Posseses long flat throw
and need: Long throw skill 15+ ( Takes throwins ) both sides

Passing
First touch ( high as possible )
Vision
Teamwork

Corner left: LB
Corner Right : RB

So which tactic is better ? The tweaked one (up) or the first one (down) ?
And what if i let my assistant with the OI's ?
