Mac tactics help

Hi I have a Mac, can someone tell me how I save the files for training/tactics? I download them but cant move them etc

it doesn't give me the option to move them. When I download them they go to 'downloads'

If I understand you correctly, you are NOT trying to move them from your directory called "downloads", but from the tool that tells you what yo are downloading. Is this correct ?. If so, then you have to find that directory. If you have no idea where it is, then just search the computer fro the exact file name.

edit; ON my PC, I just right click the file and then choose "open folder", then I get directed to where the file has been put after the download
