Made 3 subs, then got an injury and cant get the player off the field??? Please Help!

Hi Guys,

I am hoping for a little help, I have just made 3 subs in a game, which was shortly followed by my striker getting injured. It is now telling me I have an injured player on teh pitch but I cant find a way to get him off! It won't let me proceed until he is taken off, and having tried everything I can with no success I am hoping someone can help?!?!?

Thanks mate, yep what had happened was it didnt pick up the subs I had just made, so eventually I got them off the field and subbed the injured dude. Thanks for the help.
