Magic Wand

I have just started making kits using Photoshop but I can't find the Magic Wand on the side bar, where can I find it?

You might have to right click another tool, normally one of a similiar type - i.e selection wizard. I think its second down on the right normally?

I have one more question, When I colour overlay sponsor, it does it so that I can't see the writing, how can I get passed that?
