Make own FacePacks

I can't seem to get the downloaded FacePacks working, so I was wondering how I could make my own face packs, is there a how to guide? Or can someone help me? Thanks

Make the images 180x180
Name the as the players UID, then save them as .png
Put them all in a folder
Use FMXML to make a config for the folder
Put the folder into My docs / si / fm12

You'd be quicker finding a solution to why you can't get downloaded ones working though

Thanks mate, if I download face packs, should the folder be a zipped folder and what should the folder file be??

Yeah but then you have to unzip it using winrar or something like it
then Put the folder into My docs / si / fm12
most good facepacks will have instructions

yeah I have followed all of those stpes, i created a folder 'graphics' and then make a 'facepacks' folder, and copy and pasted the unzipped folder into the facepacks folder, but they still dont appear in my game.

Is there anything else that I am missing out? or should do?

p.s. sorry Im a bit simple at this, have never done it before!
