Makeing a Facepack

Hi Guys new around here been of the Fm scene for a while..

What size do the pictures need to be to add them into FM09 and is there a Border needed leik 07 via Photoshop ??

140px x 180px should be ok. I would use a border as well as it makes it look neater.
