Making a new player trained in club

Does anyone knows what exactly playing and non-playing history must add in a new player to be trained in club for the European championship registrations?

have youre created player history for the past 3 years and his contract start 3 years prior to the start of the new game , regarding the rules its players must be trained by club for 2 or 3 seasons betweet ages of 16 and 21 i think so doing his history for 3 years and contract that should work
