Been on Everton for 8 years, becoming the highest rated team in the world. Won 8 straight EPL, and around 3 Champions Cups. But still,I can't make a profit without transfers. Here are the finances from my last 2 seasons:

I've built a new stadium(67k all seater).Yes I know the wages are high but the squad is very competitive and even a 20/30M € cut wouldn't solve the problem. I also haven't paid dividends in the ss yet,and they are about 8M€

What does the currency have to do with anything? I don't have any suggestions I'm afraid but not sure why the money not being in Pounds is such an inconvenience to some people.

Because I know how much I make in £, in order for me to work out where you're struggling I'd have to convert everything in euros, which would mean I'd need the correct exchange rate...for example my turnover for Liverpool in the 4th season was roughly £420 million...

They were kidding I think don't take it too serious! (H)

But as markandgill said for most people who work in sterling its easier at a quick glance to compare with what we are used to and see if anything looks odd

Ok I did a few calculations, the main areas where we differ in terms of money is,

Sponsorship, I make €74.5 million, you make €36 million, but in everything else were quite equal.

When it comes to expenditure, you're spending €27 million more than me on wages and bonuses (including staff costs, which are €5.5 million more than me!) you're also spending €7 million more on youth development and like you said €8 million on dividends!

There are no huge areas I can see to help, I dont think you can change your sponsors or paying dividends! The only thing is your wage and bonus bill...

Remember this game is now a lot more realistic, you probably wont make billions if you start as a smaller club...so unless anyone else has any other ideas?

I'll try cutting wages and also wait a few years till sponsorship catches up with reputation. Also, thanks a lot for the help.
