who should i sell and those below 21 (exc alaba) are excluded.

I'm think of selling luis gustavo and david alaba and gary cahill at the end of this season but who should i replace them with? preferably german and below 24 and also german youth regens are terrible than italian or spanish regens

One defender who usually becomes good in football manager is Stefan Bell, from mainz i think, starts with good stats so can slot in straight away.
