making of a facepack

firstly, i made a similar thread to this earlier but put it in the wrong section because im new to this site, so apologies, my error :S

i was wondering how you make your own facepack?

could you simply get a picture from google of a player, save it and put it into your game? if so how?

any advice is appreciated

say if i geta picture of wayne rooney and edit it to how i want, do you know how i would get that picture into my game?

Hey, how can i use a facepack in macintosh? FM11?
