Making players play in their nation of nationality?

So I've been wondering this for awhile, but is there a way to restrict players from playing outside their nation? So only English players in the BPL, Spanish players in La Liga, etc. I know about the Bosman ruling, I just want to know if this is possible. And if it is, how could I set it up? Thanks!

you can make teams only sign home based players

so in theory players wouldn't be signed by a club from another nation as the club couldn't play him

it is done via advanced rules .......fixture rules/ squad rules

you would need to do it for all nations though
