I am trying to make sense of this message I received about a Striker being prepared to influence the Right Wing. He doesn't have any familiarity with the role and I didn't do any training yet. Is this just tell me that a coach thinks he has the skills to do so?

No it just means he has learned the PPM "Runs with ball down right" as you can see on the screenshot
