Making The Best Tactic

Yo guys, I decided to give a try with other team and choosed Blackburn. Started a new game for it and then played ma first game with this tactic and it isnt even fully trained yet and I got a nice result playing versus Dag & Red. Well yeh I know, aint the best possible but still, look at the screenie and think was it good enuf or not :)

This is the kind of stats you will see under the circumstances you chose to play ( or show us), playing with a superior team, using a possession based approach against teams standing off. As for the result, 2-0, I would not care too much about it as it, just like you state, is the first game of the season.
 
Well next game was versus Wigan, I was in control of the whole match & lots of passes but unfortunately 9 Shots -> 1 on target. This is still the epic problem I faced with Barcelona, guys just blasted the ball over or wide the goal :) Had 1 goal disallowed tho in this game.

2 of my players broke the 100 - pass mark again, My Deep Lying playmakers + AMC's got nice amount too.

Next game is versus Liverpool, we shall see what happens..

Well game ended 2 - 0 for Pool, They had 16 shots, 6 on target and almost every single one was a long shot. First goal game from Free kick and 2nd from counter attack. Positives are that got decent amount of passes and 60% possession.
 
Hi, just read through this thread and I'll give it a try too as it looks like an interesting challenge. I'm managing Academia (Selected it randomly) and in my first friendly match I won 4-2 against a team I was expected to draw with. However, I still only had 47% possesion so obviously needs refining!

Well, Ive had many kinds of results, but most of them aint that good as I would have wanted. Not gona screen every game, but here's sum screenies;

Everton game was a helluva lucky, their only shot towards goal and it was near 6 yard box, supplied as a cross. As U see, they won 1 - 0, tho I dominated.

Arsenal game, 0 - 0, Im satisfied as I had possession and got every shot I had towards the net. Arsenal had mostly long range efforts as they couldnt break into my defense.

Bolton game was a good one, got good amount of passes and possession and won 1 - 0. The scoreline could have been better, at least 2 - 0 as Lukaku dribbled past Goalie but then the shooting phase took too long and defender managed to put the ball away... Lucky I'd say...

And Man City game, just played it and tbh I say fck heading goals. Lescott made the first one from a corner and 2nd came from Free kick near the corner flag and Dzeko's head made it 2 - 0. I was again in control of the match and City had 6 shots, I had 6 shots. Just that I had 1 on target, they had 4 but both of their goals were heading goals as I said.

League Cup Semi Final against Liverpool, half time I lead 2 - 1....
Game ends, 2 - 3 for Liverpool.

But the classy way how my opposition scores - Headers.

1st Goal of Liverpool -> Header by Dirk Kuyt from corner
2nd Goal of Liverpool -> Header by Martin Kelly from corner
3nd Goal of Liverpool -> Well this was a mistake of my defense, Olsson crossed the ball to Ruiz who was in the box and he shot a volley shot and ***, goal it is..

Yet again I was in control of the match...

Blackburn 2 - 3 Liverpool

I think I dont have to say anything.... I guess I need better CB's with better aerial ability as, like it was a big surprise, Liverpool's 2 first goals were, surprise surprise, Headers!

1st Liverpool Goal -> Header by Andy Carroll at near post from a corner.
2nd Liverpool Goal -> Header by Dirk Kuyt from a corner
3rd Liverpool Goal -> Gerrard was played thru by Luis Suarez and Gerrard showed clinical finishing.

Yet again I had possession, passes and shots moar than em...

EDIT; Oh, it wasnt 2nd leg, it was just a league game..

Nothing new there with possesion and passes but you will never get the ccc and goals, i was the first person from what i know to do it on FM2011 and i'm still working on it and i posted mind about 7weeks ago.
I wouldn't waste my time anymore just enjoy the game. Oh i would also wouldn't mind seeing who you have brought in to Blackburn???

I know ur tactic and what U have achieved with it but my tactic aint the same as urs. :)
Not wasting my time m8 on this and yeah true, Ive brought sum players to blackburn yet they aint much better than a normal Bburn. I could get the same kind of result with any guy in there as the tactic is build so that it doesnt rely on individuals. And U can see who I have brought in to Bburn via the screenies lol.

Look i wasn't saying the tactic is the same as mine at all. All i was saying like a lot of people say is you can make a tactic with high possesion and lots of passes for ANY team but you wont be able to make a tactic with high possesion, lots of high passes (over100) and lots of ccc's. But good luck as you will need it...... Also why dont you just test it without buying no one best way of testing a tactic. Oh isnt this tactic someone else that your trying to put your own twist on it?

Well infact no, but I have co-operated with XeNoN when it comes to the tactic.. Yeh its hard to get Poss, Pass & CCC's but we shall see. :)

Gump has imposed a lot of his own stuff onto the tactic. It is actually really nice, it seems closee to having a finished product but just needs some more tweaking.

Nowhere as tactic is still in tweaking & testing - phase. :)

But I will see couple moar games with this and then use one of my old saves to test it with other teams (unless someone is willing to test it for me :D ), then I will make a new thread regarding the tactic.

EDIT & ADDITION;

Just beat Betis 5 - 0, Poss 62%, Shots 26/10, they had 2/0, Messi made 4 key passes, Xavi got 3 Assists, thiago scored twice (Came in for Iniesta at half time)

Pass amounts werent as high as I would have hoped for tho :)

I would not count passes,only passing completion+possesion, key passes, misstakes and really clear chances.
