Kara is pretty cheap, a few million pounds. Even with 1.6 million pound budget, you could probably spread out the transfer fee over a few years. Adryan is young and has cheap release clause but I've signed him for less than 1 million pounds on a couple of different saves with EPL teams. Dzagoev can be signed on a free to join team at beginning of January 2013. Drenthe can also be signed on a free at the beginning of the game but he seems to join Vittesse on every save game I've started.
