With 73mil you could buy anyone. Use the Search tool in game, look what abilities you want to see. I always search like that. But If you still can't find anyone, Aguero, Cavani, Mexes, Pique, Chiellini etc.

Keep tevez he's amazing on the game... For a CB I usually get Phil Jones off Blackburn has potential to be one of the ebest CB's on the game.
