I'd say get Coentrao for LB, Coates or Shawcross for CB and then just get Kadlec because he's cheap and amazing.

You might not be able to get him i think you need the uruguayan league loaded. Do you have any specific positions you need filled?

I'd go for Hulk or Aguero for ST and Alexis Sanchez for RW
