Man City is buying off my coaches!!!!

Just finished with May 2011.

im chelsea (and the management is building a new stadium on my name..ha! ) and Man City guys are hiring my coaches nd a LOT of scouts.. what can we do??
From where can i buy some new scouts and first and youth team managers?:S

Place a job advert and see who applies -- you should get a healthy amount of applicants considering who you're managing. Otherwise, do the same as City are doing -- scout for some top notch staff and poach them from their teams

its annoying aint it. it happend on my milan 1 teamswanted basically all my coaches so i just gave them new offers with a high but not too high salary

Try offering them a new contract and raise once you become aware, then hope for the best

When you see that one of your staff members is rumoured to go elsewhere or wants to go elsewhere, just offer them a new contract. They accept it the majority of the time.
