yer they should be to be fair Chelsea have only started doing this this season. Sometimes it takes time to become a good side money or no money.

There should be a salary cap and a transfer budget cap, it's unfair the way they just buy themselves the premier league trophy, because it will come in the next 2-3 seasons if they continue spending

yeah its unfair no team ever in the history of the premier league has eveeeeeer brought the trophy before

If there was a salary cap, the premier league would no longer be able to attract the best players. Everything is controlled by Sky and the money they pump in. Salary cap = less world stars come to England = less entertaining league = sky turn attention elsewhere = less money for teams to spend = even less world class players. It becomes a viscious cycle and from being one of/ the best league in the the world, it ceases to be so. Saying all this the wages are totally out of hand, something needs to be done
