Oh also City bought players in from England... Not abroad... So your comment is really pointless.. But good to see City investing in their youth system :)
 
benny keeps trying to win a league with foreign players but there just not as good as chelski n arsenal!XD
 
they alri have a decent youth departement already..richards,onhua,ireland,evan,sturredge, johnson,hart etc
