which players could i sell and buy what tactics to use ?

Please dont make duplicate threads. I gave you adequate responses on your other thread for tactics and even a shortlist of the best young players in the game. Look at the guides i gave you for help with man city.

When looking are your posting history, I se that you now are playing with Burnley but if you should play with City again, then this thread might come in handy
