Hey

As the title says I'm trying to find a new assistant manager with limited results, either wont bother joining me or not good enough, Is there some genius out there who can be so kind and maybe pointing out some options for me?

Best regards!

Sindri

Caio mello if your database is large enough

It doesn't seems so :(, I have it at large though. But I think I've finally found one, Sidnei Lobo. Seems pretty decent to me

If you handle the team talks over to your assistant manager isn't it then better for him to have higher motivation?

Steve Round. he's the man. !!! after Rice retired in my FM 11 arsenal save, right away i ****** him from everton, and good stats at a middle age. help alot about my team, and found out those small error i had to fix. done and dusted. get him, put him on a long term contract, and pay him well to. :p

a successful right hand man !

cant go wrong with steve round like Lol_101 said, never had a better ***. manager

martin keown. i promoted him when pat rice retired. pure class.

17 years on, and he's still 53 yrs old. decent for another 10 yrs left from me in my fm 11 save (which i still play):p

I always get that ***. man. from Huddersfield (I always forget his name). He's not a good coach but he fits my needs perfectly (judg. player ability+potential are 17, motivating 17 tact. knowledge 16 if I remember correctly).
