Hows McNair been working for you? Also what tactic are you playing? You seem to have a lot of DM's/AM's so I take it you mostly use them? Maybe a striker like Barbosa/promote Wilson or Pogba?

buy balanta and caulker for cb

in cm purchase javi martinez/pogba ur squad be alot more balanced

and iwould 100 percent recommend promoting wilson he can develop 17 finishing if u give him the game time and become a very good speedy striker in the lewandowski type of player category
 
Get rid of Valencia, Carrick, Fellaini, Powell and possibly Herrera and go all out to sign either Samper/Koke/Pogba

Also, where is Phil Jones? If consistently played, turns out to be one of the best CB's on the game.

Sell Rojo and try and get Marquinhos
