Had to share my happiness here at FM-Base!
For the first time in my career as a FM player I finally managed to make my own tactic! It is a simple 4-4-2 tactic made for Man United. I have not tried this tactic with any other team than Manchester United but I think it would work perfectly with teams like Man City, Real Madrid, and so on.

My line-up looks like this
My first season:
GK - Van Der sar
DR - Rafael or Oshea
DL - Evra or Fabio
DC - Rio, Vídic, Evans
MC - Anderson, Fletcher, Carrick
AMR - Valencia
AML - Nani
ST - Berbatov as "Left Striker" and Rooney as "Right Striker"
My second season:
GK - Rene Adler or Van Der sar
DR - Rafael or Oshea
DL - Evra or Fabio
DC - Rio, Vídic, Evans, Mamadou Sakho
MC - Anderson, Fletcher, Carrick
AMR - Valencia or Alexis Sanchez
AML - Modric
ST - Rooney as "Left Striker" and Sergio Agüero as "Right Striker"
(I managed to get Sergio Agüero to do 38 goals this season. A new Premier League record that Rooney had on 34 goals one year before).
I recommend "Tug's Training 2010" for this tactic...
If you decide to try my tactic, give me some feedback here please? Thanks!
