Man Utd tactical help 2017/2018

So I started managing them this season and I'm experiencing some trouble due to low consistency (some players play well in a game, others not so well) and "holes" in the defence. In the start of the season I used a 4-2-3-1 but I was conceding a lot of goals. Now I'm using this tactic: 4-1-2-2-1/4-5-1. But by using that tactic I'm wasting my offensive midfielders (which I have some quite talented).

Im Using Sir goal alots and RVP Is smashing goals in When given role of AF Maybe change training to teamwork ??
