Hi I currently use 4231(control) for home games and 4123(counter) on away games worked fine for me so far.

I use a 4-2-3-1 with 2 complete wingbacks at the back slightly ahead of a back 2 of central defenders, a deep lying playmaker on the left of a central midfield of 2 with defend, Pogba on the right as a box to box midfielder.

The 3 are an AML and AMR as inside forwards on support duties, the AMC is an advanced playmaker on attack and in front a complete forward on attack.
