Manager Chat Icon/Button

On FM2014 there was a manager chat icon at the top of the screen so you could chat with friends during an online game. Is there anyway of doing that on FM2015?

cant find it either. maybe we have to use a different skin like is it with instant result button?
 
nobody seems to care about it since i couldnt find an answer on google...

everybody seems to play offline so they can always add 50 managers to transfer the best players to them for free, use editing tools to get loads of money and so win the champions league in 3 years with a team from san marino.. looooool

I have no idea what you are on about.

Perhaps this option has been removed now due to the fact you can just use steam to chat on?
