Manager face disappear

I don't know if someone also experienced same problem with me...but did anyone lost their faces (manager faces)...i already tried step by step for FM10..but maybe it not working for FM12..can someone help me...

It happens to me when I change to some skin, then it's lost for good, unless you add it as a facepak.

Ive tried all of the football manager 2010 & 2011 methods but nothing seems to work, can anyone confirm that it still works on 2012? This is a real pain in the **** -,- Thanks in advance!

this always happens to me, i just end up making a face and put it in existing facepacks
