Manager face disappeared

FM seems to have forgotten my photo I loaded up Ive tried loading it back up with instructions from here http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/faq.php?faq=fm2009 but it hasnt worked. any ideas? thanks

nevermind i was being dumb and didnt save the pic as a png, works fine now
