Manager of the month award

No matter how well i think i have done, i never seem to win the manager of the month award (also, none of my players have ever won goal of the month- and some of them have scored some crackers) It's my 1st season with crewe and i'm exceeding expectations of a mid table finish and knocking on the door of the play-offs.
