Hi all, is it possible to play FM 15 as a head coach & not a manager, so basically picking the team and tactics and training and leaving funds and transfers to a director ? Is this possible? And what's you views ?

Yeah just go in staff responsibilities and put signs players for first team as DoF, think you can still add transfer targets etc but not really sure
