Manager Overview History: Fix?

Hi, Just wondering if theres anyone on here who knows how to fix a problem i have.

The problem is the Manager Overview History page.
At Leicester i won the Carling Cup and about 6 months later it vanished off my history.
Now at Standard Liege its froze on 81 played 51 won, 17 drew and 17 lost?
It seems the Biography is still ok though.

Obvious problem is that the figures dont add up and i play another game and it only counts on the WDL rather than played. sometimes it changes and counts on played but not WDL.

Any fix files i can get hold of (that are save game compatible possibly)?
Or just 1 of them things that will really cheese me off in seasons to come?

Are you in the latest patch?

Does it really effect you though? When you join a new team, your biography is the same :S

Yeah im on the latest patch cause the glitches on the others.
I know its only minor but i like to see how many ive played won drew and lost along with the goals scored and conceded. Cup wins etc, its informative. If you cant look back on what youve done then takes something away from the game i feel.
Biography is alrite but its basically a story book on the overview but i prefer the overview.
