Manager Picture Disappears

Hey everyone
First of all, I know there are a lot of threads about how to keep your manager picture. I have seen most of them and I still couldn't get my manager picture back. I have replied on one of them and I haven't got an answer. Can you help me get my picture back?
 
You'll need to make a config I think, then add it to the graphics folder.
 
Thanks for the reply Ed Sears. I did that and now instead of that default picture, I have nothing.
