Manager Reputation

I'm currently managing in Serbia and have a national reputation according to my manager profile. I want to move to a bigger club in the English Premier League or Championship but I was wondering if my reputation is the same in England. My manager is English but have I only got a good reputation in Serbia?

By 'National' it means ur reputation is at a 'National' level, within Serbia or what ever country your managing
