Is there some sort of complicated algorithm that works out how your reputation increases through the game...I guess that winning the Premiership will enhance it more than winning the Slovakian 2nd division (other low reputation leagues are available), but how does that feed into your reputation - does it also take into account games won/leagues played/countries managed in?
Also - I don't recall ever noticing it, but can your reputation go down...I would assume relegations etc could cause this.
