Manager Stats/attributes

Hi, on the start of the save we cant set out manager style and attributes, but can we change those later in the game? or does it happends automatic?...

you can move around attributes at start then its automatically depending on how you do as a manager here is mine

You can improve your Coaching attributes by going on Coaching courses and getting better badges. I'd imagine your Mental attributes get high as you increase in reputation.

didnt know that you can improve coaching stats that way haha thanks lol
