I was just wondering when you start as a Sunday league or semi pro etc do your attributes increase the more you play or are the numbers always the same?

Theoretically they should improve as your team gets better plus you are able to take coaching courses along your career and improve your ability. I started with Southport in the Vanarama and took them up to league 1 before being approached and given the job at Chesterfield, who I won League 1 with.
Unfortunately I cannot remember my starting stats as a sunday league footballer.

I think that if you do good during your career then it should slowly improves, at least it worked that way in my save
