Managerial Experience Setting

I couldn't find anything on this via the search, so...

What are the difference between the managerial experience settings you can set for yourself?

The reason I ask is because many challenges say "Sunday League Footballer" or "Automatic"... Which one is easier and what do they both do?

Manager with better is experience is famous and his players respect him. If your experience is Sunday League Footballer it will be hard for you to manage big stars like Messi because he will be unhappy because you are managing Barcelona and he will want to leave as some other stars.

So its easier to set your experience on Internation Footballer because you will easier get job!
