Can anyone please explain to me what 'hands on approach' means, as its my only managerial stat that keeps dropping and its annoying me as i do everything i can think of, press confrences, play friendlies, interact with players and managers, ect, can you plaese only answer me if your certain, preferably if your stat is pretty high?, thanks in advance^^)
