Managing a weak team

I am currently managing Hinckley in my first season in fm 2013. I tried 4-5-1 and 4-4-2 with no success. The main problem is the attack. I only scored 4 goals in last 10 games. I am currently 21st in January. I tried different combinations in attack. I tried IF and wingers with no success. I am hoping for some advice on how to improve attack.

That's wierd. In the last game, I was losing 0-1 so I changed my formation to attacking 4-2-2-2 with 2 DW, a DLF and a poacher and scored 3 goals in the last 15 mins. I don't know how I can analyze this to improve my starting formation.
