Managing an SPL Team

Doesn't have to be rich just fairly stable
in europe or fairly easy to get into it in the first season.(europa league)
prefer a squad that doesn't need any dramatic changes just one or signing perhaps,
also want a team that play with wingers.

Using them at the moment, finished 2nd to Rangers in Season 1 (Celtic 3rd, Motherwell 4th), beat them in the Scottish Cup final and also lost in Europa League Last 32 to Spurs.
Templeton and Driver are great wingers, just looking to strengthen uptop. Kello is a class GK as well, shame I couldn't keep hold of him.
